Name of Sponsorship: Central Iowa Business Conference - Media Sponsor
Benefits: We are looking to partner with three media outlets - one in print, one in radio and one in television to market the event. This sponsorship is a $5,000 media trade. In exchange, the Urbandale Chamber will promote the media sponsor as a major partner of the event. Media Sponsors will receive 5 tickets to attend/distribute ($1,495 value). Media Sponsor will receive 1 (one) Conference Exhibitor Booth ($500 value). Media Sponsor will receive an electronic list of all registered attendees to the conference for follow-up marketing post event. Media Sponsors will be listed on the CIBC Conference Whova App, conference program, and conference website. Your business logo will also be included on event banner.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
