Benefits: Event Perks-10 tickets to the event ($350 value), including a reserved table with 10 chairs for guests in a premier location for Awards Ceremony and 20 drink tickets ($150 value) the evening of the event on November 21, 2019. Recognition - You will receive Premier Logo recognition on the invitation mailed to 700+ business professionals, company logo on the event program, in the Chamber e-newsletter before and after the event (2000 circulation), business name on the Greater Des Moines Partnership and Urbandale Chamber websites announcing the event, and on signage, as provided, at the event and PowerPoint used during the event along with recognition from the podium. In addition a company representative has the opportunity to present the Business of Year Award for "face time", as well as give a two minute commercial about their business on stage.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
