Benefits: This sponsorship is for the company who wants continual promotion throughout the year, and exposure to active leaders in the chamber, as well as be seen by event attendees as the new member programming sponsor. The Urbandale Chamber is a magnet for area businesses and generates apx. 150 new members each year. For new members, we offer a host of marketing opportunities and exposure to ensure they are welcomed and engaged in the Urbandale Chamber. As the New Member Programming Sponsor your company would have the perfect positioning/brand recognition as we onboard and engage new chamber members through the following tactics: - Recognition: Your businesses name recognition on "welcome" emails that announce new member to board of directors, Connectors and other key leaders (monthly distribution to apx. 50 key leaders) and your business representative will be copied on that communication - Recognition/Hosting: Your business may host one "Meet the Chamber" event at your location (must be able to fit apx. 75 people both standing and sitting, rental of cocktail tables or additional seating at the cost of your business, plus provide heavy appetizers/beverages for attendees) and given recognition during promotion of this event. Your representative may speak for 3 minutes about your company, plus host a table and hand out marketing materials. - Recognition: Your businesses name recognition as "New Programming Sponsor" of additional Meet the Chamber events/social during the year (Mar-Nov events) on the calendar, plus signage recognizing your business during event, with ability to have a marketing flyer/items to hand to attendees at event. - Website Recognition: When new member video tutorials are uploaded to the website, your business name will be given recognition on the page as 2017 New Member Programming Sponsor. - Social Media Coverage: Your business will be featured and thanked quarterly on Facebook/Twitter as the "2017 New Member Programming Sponsor." - Signage/Representation/Ticket: You will receive one complimentary ticket to attend 11 of the membership luncheons (excludes November's regional luncheon) ($275 value) and stand at the new member table with signage "2017 New Member Programming Sponsor" to welcome attendees. Space may be limited, so work with staff on promotional items to hand out, if desired.

Because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year and the sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored.
