Benefits: The Chamber is launching a new series in the e-newsletter beginning March 2016 called From the Desk of our Health Tip Pros. The section will feature a member health/wellness professional providing a tip to improve someone's health/wellness. Disclaimer: This sponsorship is not an opportunity to sell and articles need to be approved to ensure it is an educational-based article that provides a health/wellness tip. At the top of the article a photo of a physician or company logo will be placed. At the bottom contact information will be noted in this format: " XXX is a physician with XXX member. 515-555-5555. www.XXX.com This article is due March 21st at 5 p.m. to be included in the April edition. Articles not submitted before the e-newsletter is sent the first of the following month will forfeit the opportunity to provide an article. No sponsorship refunds will be given

Because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year and the sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis, refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
