Name of Sponsorship: Membership Luncheon - January 18, 2017 Sponsor
Benefits: Event Perk - Receive two tickets to the luncheon ($40 value) and receive an electronic list of all registered attendees for follow up. Recognition - Receive an opportunity to address the attendees for 2-minutes during the luncheon. In addition, display your products/services during the networking exhibition. Each attendee is encouraged to visit each sponsor to talk with them about their business. The Chamber accomplishes this by providing tickets to sponsors to distribute to everyone who comes to see them. The tickets allow attendees to enter into the drawings to win prizes at the luncheon. Only Presenting and co-sponsors have the ability to provide a door prize from the podium (optional). Sponsors may also distribute information to attendees on every chair and have the opportunity to provide a door prize of their own (*optional). Prior to the luncheon, sponsors will have their logo and/or business name in the event listing on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.desmoinesmetro.com. The event listing will also be emailed to Chamber members prior to the luncheon (1,900). This listing will also contain a hyper-linked logo for each sponsor. This month our topic is TBD

Please Note: Please fax contract to: 515-331-2987...Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable. Because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year and the sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis, refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
