This event is the perfect way to gain exposure using the success of the Chamber's monthly membership luncheon on June 15 from 11:00 - 1 p.m at the Urbandale High School cafeteria. The two co-sponsors will receive prominent placement of their 8'x8' booth space, as well as be provided the opportunity to address attendees for 2-minutes during the luncheon segment of the event. Sponsorships include a 6' skirted table, signage and one (1) complimentary admission, which includes lunch ($20 value).
Sponsors will also receive publicity prior to the event by having their business name reflected on the electronic event invitation, on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and on www.desmoinesmetro.com. In addition, all vendors will receive an electronic list of attendees after the event.
Disclaimer: Sponsors are required to staff their booth the entire event time frame. Set up times will be provided in advance of the event. No booths will be allowed to tear down prior to event end time. No booth locations are guaranteed. All booths will be placed on a map based on electrical need.
