Benefits: BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the day and attendees will remember your message as they are properly prepared for the conference. The Breakfast Fuel Station Sponsor receives tabletop branded signage at both fuel stations (2 stations). Sponsors are encouraged to engage with attendees as they move through the breakfast fuel station in preparation for the first keynote. The Breakfast Fuel Station Sponsor receives acknowledgment in the CIBC program, on stage from our emcee, the conference website, and on the conference app. The Breakfast Fuel Station Sponsor receives 2 (two) tickets to attend the Central Iowa Business Conference with prominent seating towards the front of ballroom and access to the VIP Reception ($598 value). After the event, the Breakfast Fuel Station sponsor receives an electronic list of all registered attendees of the 2020 Conference to use for follow-up marketing.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
