Name of Sponsorship: genYP Mentorship Program - Presenting Sponsor
Benefits: Have your company be the official supporter of the inaugural genYP Mentorship Program. As Presenting Sponsor, your company will enjoy one year of naming rights to the program (example: genYP Mentorship Program, Presented by YOUR COMPANY) whenever the program is being promoted. The program has its own page on www.uniquelyurbandale.com for program promotion. The Presenting Sponsor may supply a banner ad to be placed on this page ($600 value). The banner ad may have a hyperlink to a website of choice. In addition, a representative from the Presenting Sponsor business has the opportunity to speak for two minutes at the Pairing Party (February 20th), at the Mid-Year Social (TBD) and at the End of Year Finale during Sample Urbandale (November 19th).

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
