Name of Sponsorship: Central Iowa Business Conference - Exhibitor Booth Sponsorship
Benefits: Opportunity to showcase your products and/or service to the expected 350+ conference attendees. Engage with registered attendees of the 2020 Central Iowa Business Conference to be held on September 17, 2020. Exhibitor booths include one 6' draped table, 2 side chairs, and 1 wastebasket. (If electricity is needed, please note those details below). Exhibitor Booth Sponsors receive one (1) full conference pass (includes lunch and access to refreshments and conference sessions). ($299 Value). Luncheon (only) tickets are available for $50; these are used for additional people working your booth who are not going to attend the conference. Listing of company description, logo, and web link on the conference app, program, and website. Exhibitor Booth Sponsors also receive an electronic listing of all registered attendees following the conference. Exhibitors have the ability to collect business cards for a drawing the day of the conference. If the value of the prize exceeds $100, winners can be announced using the Whova app, which pushes information to all CIBC attendees for additional exposure.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
