Name of Sponsorship: Sample Urbandale, A Celebration of Business - Food Sponsor
Benefits: TRADE ONLY- Sponsor agrees to provide approximately 200+ $5 gift cards or coupons which we will distributed to ticket-holders of the 2022 Celebration of Business, Sample Urbandale virtual award program which will be broadcast on November 19, 2020. Sponsor agrees to arrange drop off of gift cards/coupons to the chamber office (or if you need us to pick them up please let us know). Please arrange drop off the week of October 26th. Disclaimer: By signing this contract, food vendors hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce along with their agents and employees and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, liability and expense in connection with the loss of life, personal injury and damage to property arising from or out of the food served and space used by the company named in this contract. The term of this agreement shall be from November 19 thru November 19, 2020.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
