Benefits: The sponsor for the Urbandale Chamber's Educator of the Year award aligns themselves with excellence as they sponsor the recognition efforts for one of the area's finest educators. This sponsorship includes: The opportunity to hand the winner the balloon bouquet and say a few words during the Educator of the Year surprise at the school. The Chair of the Chamber will emcee this event and make the announcement. The sponsor will immediately follow to hand the balloon bouquet and say a few words of congratulations before turning the floor over to the winner. The Educator of the Year Award Sponsor will be included in the official photos distributed on social media and in the press release. The opportunity to be present on stage with the Chamber President to present the award to the recipient during the "welcome back" breakfast for the teachers in August 2020.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
