Benefits: Showcase your business by hosting an Urbandale Chamber AM Exchange on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Event Perks - Host the event at your business or partner with another Chamber member location of your choice. The Chamber takes care of all registrations and provides name tags. Most importantly, you have the opportunity to open your doors to 80+ potential customers and you receive an electronic listing of all attendees with their contact information after the event for additional follow up. Recognition - Company receives publicity on the www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.desmoinesmetro.com Chamber event listing as host of the event. In addition, as the host you have the attendees' undivided attention for 7 minutes to showcase during the event. Hosts provide a light breakfast (muffins, fruit etc.), coffee, juice and promote the event to their customers and hosts must enough space at the office/chosen location to accommodate 80+ attendees in one room, and have a few chairs available for those that want to sit down. If you do not have a large enough space to accommodate for 80+ attendees, you may work with another Chamber member to host the event.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
