E-mail Marketing to Urbandale Chamber Members: February 2020 Blast E-mail

The Urbandale Chamber allows members the opportunity to communicate with more than 2,200 area business professionals by emailing the Chamber a .jpeg or .png electronic file no larger than 2 mb in file size. The Chamber office then sends the document via e-mail to the membership. "PAID SPONSORSHIP" is added to the subject line of the e-mail.

The Urbandale Chamber sends no more than one blast email per week. Any time after the contract is signed and turned in, you may reserve your preferred week. Weeks are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Please send the artwork 2-weeks prior to your reserved week. The file size should be no larger than 2mb. jpeg or .png files are the best, however pdf files are accepted.

If the file is not sent prior to the reserved week the Chamber staff will do their best to find the next closest week available to send the document.
