Benefits: Promote your event to more than 3,300 business professionals in and around the Urbandale area through the Chamber's event newsletter. The event listing includes a link to your event information and registration, your logo, an optional event photo, and a five-sentence description of your event. Your event will also be shared on the community event calendar on, www.uniquelyurbandale.com, and on our social media to potentially reach our 4,000+ followers. Event details must be sent to the Chamber no later than November 12, 2021.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
