Benefits: Connect @ 4 Presenting Sponsorship is perfect for a company interested in being in front of business professionals once a quarter. The Presenting Sponsor records a video message to promote each of the quarterly Connect @ 4 events. Within this short marketing video, the sponsor may communicate a company marketing message. 2021 Dates: April 12, June 14, October 4, and February 7, 2022 This video is distributed using the Chamber's social media channels and emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 3,300). In addition, the video is embedded in the online listing promoting the event. This event listing is found on the Urbandale Chamber's website and the Greater Des Moines Partnership's event calendar. In 2020, the Presenting Sponsor videos had an average reach of 1,417 people per month with 188 post clicks for the average engagement and 93 action/comments/shares. At the event, the Presenting sponsor has the opportunity to emcee the event (if desired), which includes welcoming everyone, introducing and thanking the bi-monthly sponsor. The Presenting sponsor is also encouraged to bring and display their business banner near the registration table. Lastly, the Presenting Sponsor receives an electronic list of all participating attendees for marketing purposes following each event. 2021 Event Format Policy: In 2021, this event may be held as a hybrid event or virtual only. An email will be sent to you six weeks prior to your event stating the event format. If any of the monthly events go virtual, you will be able to pick one of the following virtual event perks. Virtual events are defined as events that are held using an online platform with no in-person components. 1. E-Newsletter Banner Ad ($295 value): Reach more than 3,300 business professionals in and around the Urbandale area through the Chamber's e-newsletter. The advertisement size is 1" x 8 1/2" full color and it hyperlinks to the sponsor's web site. On average, the e-newsletter has an open rate of 22.5%, which is +6% over the industry average, and a click rate of 8.66%, which is on par with the industry average. 2. E-Newsletter Article ($295 value): Provide an educational article for the Chamber's e-newsletter to share your business's expertise with potentially over 3,300 different business professionals. This article would be a great way to share news about your organization or other information that only your business can provide. 3. "Get to Know Our Members" Facebook Post ($295 value): Share your business with the over 4,600 followers of the Urbandale Chamber Facebook page with a post highlighting your business, a promotion, or an event of your choosing. You will need to provide the content, copy, and any hashtags you would like to promote. Your Facebook page will be tagged to encourage our followers to interact with your page. In addition, we will pay to boost the post to reach a potential additional 1,500 people, for a total reach of potentially 6,100 people.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
