Benefits: Market your company to business professionals during this well-known business event. Recognition - Receive face-time recognition during the event by having the opportunity to address the attendees briefly before introducing the speaker. In addition, display your products/services during the networking exhibition ($175 value). The sponsor may collect business cards to conduct a drawing from the podium if desired, but not required. Sponsors may also distribute information to attendees on every chair. Prior to the luncheon, sponsors have their logo and/or business name displayed in the event listing on www.uniquelyurbandale.com, www.desmoinesmetro.com. Event Perk - Receive one ticket to the luncheon ($25 value), receive discounted event admission for all company employees, and receive an electronic list of all registered attendees for follow up. January Speaker: Drew Harden, President & Co-Founder of Blue Compass January Topic: Five Powerful Ways to inspire a Culture that Nurtures Your Team January Location: Urbandale Hilton Garden Inn 2021 Event Format Policy In 2021, this event may be held as a hybrid event or virtual only. An email will be sent to you six weeks prior to your event stating the event format. If the monthly event goes virtual, you will be able to pick one of the following virtual event perks. Virtual events are defined as events that are held using an online platform with no in-person components. 1. E-Newsletter Banner Ad ($295 value): Reach more than 3,300 business professionals in and around the Urbandale area through the Chamber's e-newsletter. The advertisement size is 1" x 8 1/2" full color and it hyperlinks to the sponsor's web site. On average, the e-newsletter has an open rate of 22.5%, which is +6% over the industry average, and a click rate of 8.66%, which is on par with the industry average. 2. E-Newsletter Article ($295 value): Provide an educational article for the Chamber's e-newsletter to share your business's expertise with potentially over 3,300 different business professionals. This article would be a great way to share news about your organization or other information that only your business can provide. 3. "Get to Know Our Members" Facebook Post ($295 value): Share your business with the over 4,600 followers of the Urbandale Chamber Facebook page with a post highlighting your business, a promotion, or an event of your choosing. You will need to provide the content, copy, and any hashtags you would like to promote. Your Facebook page will be tagged to encourage our followers to interact with your page. In addition, we will pay to boost the post to reach a potential additional 1,500 people, for a total reach of potentially 6,100 people.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
