Community Leadership Visit

Each fall, the Chamber's Community Leadership Visit attracts a delegation of more than 70 Springfield area community, business and educational leaders to travel to a peer city to learn best practices. Community leaders spend three days diving into what has made another city successful and how it has capitalized on opportunities as well as overcome challenges. This trip provides a unique opportunity to network and collaborate with other business leaders while working together to improve Springfield. The date and the destination of the visit is selected in the first quarter of the year. All purchases of sponsorship's are non-transferable to another calendar year. This event has the potential to change based on current local health department and CDC guidance on the coronavirus pandemic.
