The Shoals Chamber of Commerce is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our business community, while recognizing its proven value in enhancing economic competitiveness and growth. The Chamber's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee provides leadership, strategic direction, advisement, and advocacy to ensure inclusion of diverse perspectives, which are critical to responsible and representative decision-making. The DEI's efforts are structured to promote business recruitment, retention, maturation, and sustainability especially among those historically underrepresented in the local business sector.
