Women in Business

The Shoals Chamber Women in Business initiative is a program of the Shoals Chamber, championed by the Women in Business Council. 

This group was started in 2017 for the purpose of creating a network of support for women-owned, women-managed, and women working in businesses in the Shoals area of Alabama. Our vision is to NETWORK, MENTOR, SUPPORT, and EDUCATE.

The Women in Business initiative is anchored by two signature events - Spring Fling & TOGETHER - and a quarterly Cocktails & Conversations networking hour. The goal for each of these events is to meet all four tenets of the vision, to encourage one another, and to build new relationships that champion our mantra for The Shoals: Community over Competition.
