Benefits: Conference goers will thank you as they enjoy beverages between keynote and breakout sessions. Soda and water will be available throughout the conference and, thanks to our Beverage Sponsors, our attendees will be refreshed the entire day. Refreshment Sponsors receive recognition via prominent signage (logo) at beverage station locations (3) outside of the grand ballroom. Refreshment Sponsors receive acknowledgment in the conference program. Refreshment Sponsors receive acknowledgment on conference website. Refreshment Sponsors receives 2 (two) tickets to Central Iowa Business Conference ($598 value). This sponsor will have the ability to distribute/share information at one of the three refreshment stations ($500 value). That is $1098 in value for only $999! After the event, the sponsor will receive a list of all registered attendees to the conference on September 19, 2019, for follow-up marketing.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
