KEY in Des Moines (Keeping Educated Youth in Des Moines)

The Urbandale Chamber of Commerce acquired K.E.Y in Des Moines, a 12 year old program designed to connect our local colleges and universities with employers to "Keep Educated Youth in Des Moines." The program follows the school calendar, kicking off in September and finishing in May. Every other month, HR-Related Educational events are offered for business owners and HR professionals to participate in for free. They are held at participating KEY in Des Moines Colleges and Universities. Throughout the rest of the year, open positions posted on the Chamber's website are pushed to each of the colleges and universities to post on their job boards, further connecting our Educated Youth to job opportunities in the metro.
