The Joint Legislative Luncheon is held annually for the Urbandale, Ankeny, Johnston, Grimes and Polk City Chamber's to learn about what will be coming up in the Legislative Session from our Representatives in the House and Senate. This year Urbandale is the host it on November 21, 2012, which creates a great sponsorship opportunity for two Urbandale members.
Event Perk - Receive two tickets to the luncheon ($40 value) and Receive an electronic list of all registered attendees for follow up.
Recognition - Event will be promoted in the Chamber's
e-newsletter (1600 circulation). The event listing will contain a hyperlink to your company web site. Listed on the www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.desmoinesmetro.com Chamber event calendar, receive a display table the day of the event to communicate your products/services to the attendees, receive the opportunity to address the attendees during a 2-minute presentation.
This sponsorship does not have a first right of renewal attached to it because Urbandale will not host the event in 2013.
