Economic Development Bus Tour: Premier Reception Sponsorship

Recognition: Prominent logo recognition on invitations and promotional materials distributed to members of the Urbandale Chamber, area developers, brokers, as well as elected officials. In addition, premier sponsors will receive a display table at the tour reception to promote your company, opportunity to provide company profile for the packets distributed to every attendee on the tour, opportunity to provide flyers for up to four (4) properties ($800 value). You will also receive recognition at the reception, first right of renewal at the next bus tour in 2015 and will also be furnished a mailing list of all registered attendees.

If space allows, the Chamber would consider hosting the reception at a Premier Reception Sponsor's location.

All flyers need to be delivered to the Chamber office (2900 Justin Drive, Suite L) no later than May 24, 2012. Any flyer/promotional materials received after May 24th will not be assembled in the tour packet and will not be subject to a refund.
