Sample Urbandale...A Wine Event: Thank You Gift

Recognition - Have the opportunity to work with the Chamber to decide on an appropriate item to give each attendee (an item valued at the sponsorship amount), have company logo, in conjunction with the Urbandale Chamber logo, placed on the item and provide volunteers to distribute the item for "face time" with the event. In addition, your company will be thanked in the Urbandale Chamber e-newsletter, distributed to 1,600 business professionals, as the gift sponsor and as the gifts are being distributed, the volunteers will be encouraged to say that the gift is given to them on behalf of (your company). This is a great way to gain publicity at a very popular Chamber function and throughout the year as the attendee uses/sees the gift item.
