As the Exclusive 2009 Reception Sponsor of the Ranch City Party, your business name and logo will be included on all advertising for the event, including the Chamber newsletter which enjoys a circulation of over 1200, the Monday Morning Briefing and broadcast emails which reach 650-750, the Chamber web site which experiences an average of 48,000 hits per month and Wyoming State 4-H web site, fliers, placemats, and posters, newspaper, radio and television advertising, as well as on the front of the Ranch City Party tickets and in the printed program for the evening. Your business banner will also be displayed near the stages at the evening event. You will also receive a custom-made 5"x7" plaque recognizing your sponsorship of the 2009 Reception, eight (8) tickets to the Media Reception held prior to the Ranch City Party, a table for eight at the Ranch City Party, sixteen (16) tickets to the Ranch City Party for your selective distribution. This Exclusive sponsorship allows for 24 ranchers to attend at no charge. The back side of their tickets will recognize your sponsorship of their tickets. Your business will be recognized by speakers throughout the evening.
