Benefits: The sponsor for the Urbandale Chamber's Best in Class awards aligns themselves with excellence as they sponsor the recognition efforts for 24 different business categories. Recognition: You will receive logo recognition on the invitations mailed to 700+ business professionals, company logo on the event program, in the Chamber e-newsletter before and after the event (1800 circulation). Signage, as provided at the event and PowerPoint used during the event along with recognition from the podium. A representative of the sponsoring company will have the opportunity to say a few words at the podium before helping announce the award winners during Sample Urbandale, A Celebration of Business event. In addition, the rep can stand with the Chamber Chair during the official photo with all the Best in Class winners. This is an excellent opportunity for face time at the event in front of approximately 400 attendees. Event Perk: 4 Tickets to the event on November 15th, including 4 reserved chairs for guests in a prime location for Awards Ceremony and 8 drink tickets.This sponsorship also includes a Business Membership with the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce. *Conference Technologies is trading out the Sponsorship Cost with the donation of equipment associated with the A/V needs for the event as outlined in order number C03001571DES. Because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year and the sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
