Benefits: Connect directly with first-responders at this event by staffing the First Responder Check-In Table. You and your team get the pleasure of checking in each responder and letting them know which table they will be sitting at. First Responder Check In Table Sponsor can bring a pop-up-tent to put up over the table or a banner/backdrop to place behind for visual recognition. This sponsorship also includes 4 tickets and pays for 4 responders to sit at the same table.

Because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year and the sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
