The Luncheon Series Presenting Sponsorship is perfect for a company interested in being in front of business professionals every month.
The Presenting Sponsor will record monthly video messages to promote each of the monthly luncheon speakers from March 2018 - February 2019. Within this short marketing video, the sponsor will be able to communicate a company marketing message.
This video will be distributed using the Chamber's social media channels and emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 2,000). In addition, the video will be embedded in the online listing promoting the event. This event listing is found on the Urbandale Chamber's website and the Greater Des Moines Partnership's event calendar.
At each of the monthly events, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to have a display booth (if desired) and/or display a banner (as provided). In addition, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to distribute marketing materials on each chair during each event. This sponsorship includes one ticket to attend each of the 12 luncheons, which is a $300 value. In addition, all company employees may attend at a discounted rate.
Lastly, the Presenting Sponsor will receive a list of all attendees concluding each luncheon for marketing purposes.
