Name of Sponsorship: Urbandale Dash - Product/Service Vendor
Benefits: Be a part of the exclusive opportunity to promote/sell your products/services at the Urbandale Dash on Saturday, August 5th, 2017. This sponsorship includes one 3x8' space (size of a parking space). In addition, product/service vendors may also include a promotional product or information in each of the runner's bags. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, tent and supplies. Electricity access is not available Any vendor interested may bring in their own generator, as long as it is quiet. Staff has the right to determine if the generator is too loud and would need to be turned off. Disclaimer: All vendors must be set up and ready no later than 7:30 a.m. By signing this contract, vendors hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce along with their agents and employees and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, liability and expense in connection with the loss of life, personal injury and damage to property arising from or out of the occupancy or use by the below named of any part of the Des Moines Christian parking log, or occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of the below name, its agents, contractors or employees. The term of this agreement shall be from August 5th, 2017 - August 5th, 2017.

Because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year and the sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
