Benefits: The sponsor for the Urbandale Chamber's Citizen of the Year award aligns themselves with excellence as they sponsor the recognition efforts for one of Urbandale's finest. This sponsorship includes: The opportunity to hand the winner the balloon bouquet and say a few words during the Citizen of the Year surprise. The Chair of the Chamber will emcee this event and make the announcement. The sponsor will immediately follow to hand the balloon bouquet and say a few words of congratulations before turning the floor over to the winner. The opportunity to present the award to the recipient during Sample Urbandale, A Celebration of Business on November 16th and stand next to the recipient with the Chamber Chair during the official photo. Event Perk: Two (2) complimentary tickets to attend the event ($70 value).

Because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year and the sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
