Educators Appreciation Reception: Presenting

Recognition - Naming rights to the event. Anytime the event is promoted, it will be communicated as: Urbandale Chamber of Commerce Educators Appreciation Reception presented by (your company), Pre-event publicity includes Event listing on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.desmoinesmetro.com Chamber event calendars, listed as the presenting sponsor on all blast e-mails sent out to the Chamber membership promoting the event (1,900 circulation), Listed as the presenting sponsor on the emailed invitation sent by both the Urbandale Community School District and Des Moines Christian to their educators inviting them to the event, Signage displayed at the event, opportunity to speak to the educators briefly about your company during reception and have a display table at event. In addition, after the event, your company logo will be on all of the thank you cards sent out to volunteers and other sponsoring businesses.
