TRADE ONLY- Provide your best appetizers at this brand new event that is expected to draw approx. 300 people! One full 6-foot table will be provided for you, with signage, to promote your business through serving a minimum 4 (four) tray sampling of food (300 ppl approx). The event runs from 5-8 pm on Thursday, November 16, 2017
The food value is a gauge only - businesses can bring whatever type of food they believe would best showcase their business. Vendors who do not show the day of the event will be invoiced for $500 to cover food that would need to be purchased in their absence.
Disclaimer: Food vendors must be set up and ready to serve no later than 4:30 p.m. and must remain until the Awards Program begins (approx. 6:30 pm) Vendors must comply with the State of Iowa food safety guidelines. By signing this contract, food vendors hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce along with their agents and employees and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, liability and expense in connection with the loss of life, personal injury and damage to property arising from or out of the food served and space used by the company named in this contract. The term of this agreement shall be from November 16-November 16, 2017.
